John Dunn

John Dunn is an executive-level corporate attorney with over 30 years of national law firm and in-house counsel experience, representing companies in business-related matters, such as technology licensing, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions, inter-company collaborations, litigation management, and corporate governance and compliance.
He spent 16 years as a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, before serving as General Counsel for IDEC Pharmaceuticals Corp, and then Vital Therapies, Inc.
