PRINCIPAL

Donald P. Tremblay has over four decades of experience as a trial attorney with more than 50 jury trials conducted. He provides counsel and representation for all aspects of business and personal matters including securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing issues, breach of care by professionals, fiduciary duty obligations, employment law, insurance-related disputes, and the recovery of devastating economic losses due to negligent interruption of business or wrongful death of high-income earners.

He has been the lead negotiator in numerous multi-million dollar transactions and has represented clients in various state and federal courts throughout the United States, Grand Cayman Islands, Canada, England, and Germany. Don was part of the Gwynn Family team of lawyers who settled their lawsuit for the wrongful death of Hall of Fame baseball player Tony Gwynn. He is a long-time AV Preeminent rated attorney and has been selected as a Super Lawyer on numerous occasions.

Don understands the business world and its challenges from more than a trial attorney’s perspective. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as the Executive Vice-President for Strategic Development and Chief Counsel to Intratus, Inc., a patent-holding biotech company where he is a shareholder and member of the board of directors, and helped successfully negotiate a long-term high-value license agreement with a public company.

When he’s not busy working, he enjoys spending time with family. He has been married for over 40 years and loves to visit with his brother, his children, and his always increasing number of grandchildren.
