Peter Schluederberg has more than a decade of experience as a commercial litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex business issues. He has successfully argued cases ranging from disputes concerning real estate, contracts, and intellectual property rights, to corporate and partnership dissolutions, unfair competition and employment matters.

He has experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as representing individuals in serious personal injury cases and litigated disputes.
